PIIT 28 1.0 Review & Results

Hello friends,

Let's talk fitness today! I want to talk about something that I discovered a few months ago and that completely changed my life (from both physical and mental perspective) - PIIT 28! (see my results below)



What is PIIT28?


PIIT28 is pilates intense interval training. It is a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and pilates.
The structure of the program is so simple, yet so effective. 28 days, each workout is only 28 minutes, 4 rounds of 7 moves of 45s and 15s off.

The workouts can be done absolutely anywhere, whether you prefer to work out at home, outside or in the gym. You need no equipment, perhaps except for a towel because you're gonna sweat!

The program was created by Cassey Ho, fitness coach, instructor and a creator of Blogilates - a youtube fitness channel, which helps many people around the world not only to sculp their bodies but also, and more importantly, to embrace the positive body image and be happy no matter the shape or size. What did I like about this program?


The effectiveness, the craziness, the hard work and the challenge.
It definitely is a challenging program, but that's the reason why it is so effective. The workouts are super fun but super intense and I end up drenched in sweat every single time. Don't feel discouraged if your fitness level is not at its peak yet. I started doing PIIT after months of doing absolutely nothing, from a fitness point of view. Yes, it was hard but it was totally manageable. There are modifications for every move so you can adjust the workout to your own level and have fun.
I ended up being stronger, more confident and I lost weight! I talk more about my results down below.

What my results have been like?


By doing the first round and the second round of PIIT I lost astonishing 10kg! In only about two months. Yes! I was 70kg when I started with this program and ended up at 60 kg when I finished it. When I saw the huge weight loss I was in an absolute awe. I would jump to the roof because I have had been struggling with my weight since a very young age. Measurement-wise, I lost about 7cm around my waist and 5cm on my hips. I could see it in the mirror, people were noticing me losing weight and I felt so much better and lighter. It boosted my confidence and I felt, and still feel, great.

I have to say that I also changed my diet a bit. I bought the 28 Day Reset program which you can also purchase with the workouts. This meal plan helps you to discover any intolerances you might have by omitting gluten, dairy, alcohol, processed food and added sugars for 28 days. You can definitely do this omission challenge without purchasing the actual meal plan, but I strongly recommend getting it. It has many delicious and simple recipes with beautiful pictures, meal plans, shopping lists and many more.


What do I do now?


After I finished the second round of PIIT28 1.0 I took a bit of a break and then did it all again. However, since my fitness level really grew since then I am now doing PIIT28 2.0. I will review this program for you, once I finish it as well.
