Today I want to share with you a great recipe I have discovered quite recently.
It is a very easy and quick recipe for super healthy and super tasty brownies.
They are vegan, plant based and gluten free.
I was so surprised about how good they turned out to be. They were gone in two days. :-)
So without further ado, let's get to it.

I promise that next time I will get a better picture! :-) |
1 cup of buckwheat flour
1 cup of cooked sweet potatoes
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of almond milk/soy milk
6 tbsp of coconut milk
1 cup of dates
2 tbsp of agave or maple syrup
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Prepare all your ingredients and put them into a blender. Blend everything until a smooth dough is formed. (You may leave some chunks of the dates. I think it tastes deliciously and it actually reminded me of little chocolate pieces.)
3. Pour the dough into your baking tin and distribute evenly.
4. Pop it into the oven and let it bake for 25-35 minutes
Notes:
If you prefer your desserts to be rather sweet, you might consider using more of the agave or maple syrup. I used two spoons and the sweet taste was just perfect for me. I, however, don't like when a dessert is too sweet so feel free to modify the recipe to your needs and likes.
And voilá!
There is you delicious guilt-free brownie recipe.
Enjoy!
Julie xoxo
